In May 2024, Tinicum acquired a majority interest in KGM in partnership with the founders of the company and management. With Tinicum’s support, KGM will expand its geographic footprint, extend its line card and invest in its sales team and distribution infrastructure. KGM also seeks to acquire distributors that sell gas measurement, regulation and other complementary products.
